These terms govern the use of cherrygrandstay.com, provided by CHERRY ONLINE POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Gedymina 30, 04-120 Warszawa, Poland. By using the website you accept these terms. They are the regulations (regulamin) required by Article 8 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Cherry Grand Stay provides free access to travel information about hotels with a casino in the same building or complex: descriptions, practical details and links to official sources. The service consists of displaying web pages. No registration, account or payment is needed, and no contract for bookings or any other paid service is concluded through the website.

To use the website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. JavaScript is optional: without it, every page remains readable. The website sets no cookies.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use it in a way that breaks the law, disrupts its operation or infringes the rights of others, and you must not supply unlawful content. Automated copying of the content for republication requires our written permission.

The content is general travel information. We check it against official sources, but hotels and venues change their facilities, hours and rules without notice. Opening hours, admission rules, minimum ages and dress codes must be confirmed with the venue before travelling. We do not sell rooms or services and are not a party to any contract between you and a hotel or venue.

Casinos admit adults only, and each country and venue sets its own minimum age and identification rules. This website offers no gaming and does not link to online gaming services. Help lines for each country are listed on the responsible play page.

Photographs belong to their authors: those from Wikimedia Commons are used under the licence stated in their credit, and those taken from a hotel's official website are credited with a link to that website and will be removed at the rights holder's request. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the information on the website or for the content of external websites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the statutory rights of consumers.

We may change these terms when the website or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page.
